It explores different models of AI-driven centralized and decentralized security operations centres (SOC). Different architectures imply different incentives and different risk tolerance for companies to share threat intelligence information. It explores the question of patentability of digital twins and, more generally, computer simulations, and patent eligibility of trained machine learning models, which may have certain economic value in the context of transfer learning. It also explores contemporary issues of protection of CAD files in design and manufacturing countries, the legal status of raw or curated static datasets and streaming data from a copyright and trade secrets law perspective, and the overall capacity of the IP system to deal with the IP challenges of collaborative smart manufacturing.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Speakers:<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Prof Thomas Margoni, Research Professor IP Law, KU Leuven Centre for IT &amp;
